  • Working on technically complex environments including data centres and technology-sector projects.
  • Supporting coordination across plant rooms, service risers, ceiling voids and other congested areas.
  • Attending design and coordination meetings with internal teams, consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Ensuring BIM standards and project requirements are consistently maintained.
  • Assisting site teams with technical queries and design information where required.
  • Supporting the development and coordination of projects from initial design through to installation, testing and commissioning.

The Projects

You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of MEP projects, including:

  • Commercial office fit-outs
  • Cat A & Cat B refurbishment projects
  • Data centres
  • Infrastructure projects
  • High-end commercial developments
  • Complex refurbishment schemes
  • MEP design and build projects

The projects involve complex Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health services, requiring a high level of coordination and attention to detail.

  • Strong understanding of BIM processes and model coordination.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
