Per solida realtà sita a Brescia e facente parte di una multinazionale leader nel settore impiantistica, ricerchiamo una figura di: MONTATORE MECCANICO DI IMPIANTI

La realtà cliente, con una struttura di circa 250 dipendenti, è specializzata nella progettazione e realizzazione di grandi impianti e macchinari industriali ad elevato contenuto tecnologico, destinati a clienti nazionali e internazionali.

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del reparto montaggio e lavorerà a diretto riporto del Responsabile di Montaggio, occupandosi dell’assemblaggio meccanico dei componenti che costituiscono grandi macchinari e sistemi industriali.

L’attività prevede il montaggio di componenti meccanici sulla base del disegno tecnico, utilizzando strumenti e attrezzature da officina e collaborando con il team di montatori.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Assemblaggio e montaggio meccanico di componenti e sottogruppi;
  • Lettura e interpretazione del disegno meccanico;
  • Utilizzo di strumenti e attrezzature per il montaggio;
  • Verifica del corretto assemblaggio e funzionamento dei componenti;
  • Collaborazione con il team di montaggio e con il Responsabile di reparto;
  • Risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche riscontrate durante le attività di montaggio;
  • Rispetto delle procedure aziendali e degli standard qualitativi e di sicurezza.

Requirements

Requisiti:

  • Diploma o qualifica a indirizzo tecnico/meccanico;
  • Buona capacità di lettura del disegno meccanico;
  • Buona manualità e dimestichezza con i principali strumenti da officina;
  • Esperienza, anche breve, in attività di montaggio meccanico, attrezzaggio, manutenzione o lavorazioni meccaniche;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana, sia parlata che scritta.

Nice to have:

  • Completano il profilo capacità di lavorare in squadra, problem solving e attitudine a operare in un ambiente produttivo caratterizzato da una forte componente tecnica e operativa.

La ricerca è rivolta preferibilmente a profili junior, con un percorso professionale ancora in fase di consolidamento e interessati a sviluppare competenze specialistiche nell'ambito del montaggio di grandi impianti e macchinari industriali.

Benefits

Sede di lavoro: Brescia.

Orario di lavoro: full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì, su giornata, indicativamente dalle 8:00 alle 17:00.

Inserimento: iniziale contratto a tempo determinato della durata indicativa di 12 mesi, con possibilità di successiva stabilizzazione in funzione della valutazione del percorso professionale.

RAL: indicativamente €23.000 - €28.000, commisurata all'esperienza e alle competenze maturate.

Benefit: buoni pasto del valore di €10, welfare aziendale e convenzione per asilo nido.
