Next Job Abroad is looking for Norwegian-speaking candidates interested in joining a major international customer service organisation that supports customers on behalf of well-known global companies.

There may be several projects available, so we look beyond your CV alone. Your language skills, background and personal strengths will be considered to help identify an opportunity that suits your profile.

What Would You Do?

  • Assist Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email and/or chat
  • Respond to customer questions and help resolve different issues
  • Provide information about products and services or assist with technical enquiries, depending on the project
  • Create a helpful and positive customer experience
  • Work alongside colleagues in an international team

You will receive training tailored to your assigned position, giving you the knowledge you need to get started.

Requirements

  • Fluent Norwegian, both spoken and written
  • Good English communication skills
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Eligible to work in Greece
  • Comfortable working with computers and digital platforms
  • Good interpersonal skills and an interest in helping customers
  • Prepared to relocate to Greece
