The posting

We are seeking a skilled Specialist Oral & Dental Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in oral surgical procedures, dental extractions, and the management of complex dental and oral conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage patients requiring oral and dental surgical treatment.
  • Perform complex and surgical tooth extractions.
  • Manage impacted teeth, dental infections, cysts, and other oral conditions.
  • Perform minor oral surgical procedures as appropriate.
  • Manage dental and oral trauma cases.
  • Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative patient care.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment.
  • Collaborate with prosthodontists, periodontists, orthodontists, and other dental specialists.
  • Counsel patients regarding treatment options, procedures, risks, and aftercare.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BDS/DDS or equivalent dental degree.
  • MDS/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Oral Surgery / Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
  • Strong experience in oral surgical procedures.
  • Excellent clinical skills and treatment-planning abilities.
  • Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary dental team.
