The posting

About Q5 Q5 is a global, award-winning consultancy specialising in organisational health. We help our clients develop their organisational strategy, design operating models, grow leaders, improve their working culture, and deliver lasting change at pace.

Overview Q5 is investing in its proprietary technology to support the next phase of its growth. At the centre of this is OrgMaps, our organisation design platform, which enables the analysis, vision and modelling of organisations.

The OrgMaps Client Enablement Consultant will be responsible for helping clients and Q5 consulting teams get the greatest possible value from OrgMaps. The role sits at the intersection of business development, consulting delivery and the OrgMaps platform, combining strong client-facing consulting skills with responsibility across the client lifecycle for business development support, onboarding, increasing adoption, training, user support and growing platform use. You will work closely with the Product team to determine how clients can get the most out of the platform and what functionality / use cases make the most impact to our clients.

A critical part of the role is working effectively with clients and supporting Q5 consultants during delivery. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, understand their organisational context and objectives, and help consulting teams embed OrgMaps effectively within projects. This role will provide a bridge between client and consulting needs and the Product and Engineering teams, helping ensure that feedback from delivery informs how the platform evolves.

The role will suit someone with a consulting background who enjoys working with clients and solving practical business problems, but who wants to move towards a more product-focused role. It offers the opportunity to remain closely connected to consulting and client delivery while developing deeper expertise in a scalable technology-enabled proposition.

Compared with a traditional consulting role, the position has significantly lower travel expectations. It may therefore be particularly attractive to experienced consultants who want to continue working with clients and consulting teams but are looking for a role that is more compatible with changing personal or family circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding, training, adoption, change management and day-to-day user support activities
  • Work alongside Q5 consultants to support successful project delivery, helping them incorporate OrgMaps effectively into client engagements
  • Support Client Partners with OrgMaps focused business development support including proposal writing, client engagement / demo of the platform, and contracting
  • Drive change and platform adoption across Q5 teams, including delivery of internal training, practical support and support internal change activities
  • Understand client objectives, organisational context and delivery challenges, and translate these into effective use of the platform
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, training resources, user documentation
  • Build effective relationships with consultants, clients, and leadership stakeholders
  • Monitor customer adoption and usage to spot opportunities and risks
  • Identify platform expansion, upsell, and adoption opportunities
  • Gathering feedback and user insights to feed into the Product team

Requirements

Required Experience

  • At least 3 years professional experience in consulting or similar role
  • Experience work with clients and building trusted relationships
  • Understand the consulting lifecycle, from business development through to project mobilisation, delivery and ongoing client relationship management
  • Able to effectively contribute to business development, including client discovery, proposals, pitches, demonstrations and account development
  • Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience supporting change, adoption or capability-building within a client or internal environment
  • Positive, growth-oriented mindset

Preferred experience

  • Experience within organisation design, organisational transformation, people analytics or a related area
  • Experience supporting technology-enabled consulting engagements
  • Experience with customer support coordination and issue management skills
  • Experience working with Product teams

Location - This role is based in our London office, with some travel to clients as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
