Go Maverick Group has an agency client who has an immediate need for a Paid Media Specialist. They are looking for someone who enjoys getting into the details of digital campaigns, analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and continuously optimizing results. This role focuses heavily on paid social and paid search, helping some of our largest clients maximize the impact of their marketing investments.
You'll primarily support a focused portfolio of four established clients across consumer products, higher education, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing. While clients’ annual media budgets span a wide range, there are several multi-million-dollar plans that give you the opportunity to work on sophisticated campaigns with real impact.
This role is designed for someone who wants to stay close to campaign execution, optimization, and analytics. Client interaction may be part of the role, but formal presenting is not expected at the outset. As you grow, there may also be opportunities to gain planning experience on smaller accounts.

What You'll Do
- Manage, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results, efficiency, and return on ad spend.
- Use in-platform reporting and analytics tools to uncover insights and make data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor budgets, pacing, audience performance, bidding strategies, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Build, maintain, and validate campaign tracking and measurement using GA4 and other reporting tools.
- Pull and analyze performance data, develop recurring reports, and communicate key findings to internal teams.
- Collaborate with account service, creative, and media team members to support client goals and campaign success.
- Traffic digital assets and ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time.
- Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and paid media best practices.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
- Demonstrated experience with day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Experience managing and optimizing campaigns with meaningful budgets and defined performance goals.
- The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- The ability to independently manage daily campaign operations while balancing multiple priorities.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to continuously improve campaign results.
