Partnership Specialist – ICT & Cloud Ecosystem

Hai maturato esperienza nella gestione dei rapporti di canale con i principali vendor ICT globali e vuoi portare le tue competenze all'interno di progetti strategici su scala nazionale? Cosa farai:

  • Gestione Vendor & Partner: presidierai e supporterai le relazioni quotidiane con i partner tecnologici ICT, monitorando requisiti di canale, certificazioni e livelli di partnership.
  • Supporto Joint Business Plan (JBP): collaborerai attivamente alla definizione e al tracciamento dei piani strategici condivisi, monitorando costantemente i KPI di performance.
  • Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement: curerai l'aggiornamento dei Sales Playbook e dei materiali a supporto dei team Marketing e Sales.
  • Adoption & Renewals: gestirai l'intero ciclo di vita contrattuale, promuovendo rinnovi e individuando proattivamente opportunità di cross-selling e upselling.
  • Gestione Amministrativa & MDF: coordinerai e monitorerai incentivi, rebate e fondi MDF messi a disposizione dai vendor.
  • Reporting & CRM: predisporrai reportistica periodica analizzando l'andamento e i risultati delle partnership.
  • AI Enablement: utilizzerai strumenti di intelligenza artificiale generativa per velocizzare e ottimizzare analisi, ricerche e reporting.

Requirements

  • Esperienza di 2-4 anni in ruoli analoghi (Partner Specialist, Vendor Specialist, Channel Support o Business Development) nel settore ICT o System Integration.
  • Esperienza diretta con i programmi di canale dei principali vendor di mercato (ad es. Cisco, HPE, Dell Technologies, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Ottima conoscenza delle dinamiche del mercato ICT e dei modelli commerciali di vendita indiretta e di canale.
  • Padronanza avanzata di Excel per l'elaborazione e analisi dei dati, oltre a PowerPoint per presentazioni efficaci.
  • Inglese fluente (livello B2-C1), sia scritto che parlato.

Requisiti preferenziali:

  • Familiarità operativa con sistemi CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Esperienza pratica con strumenti di AI generativa e tecniche di prompt engineering per l'ottimizzazione dei flussi di lavoro.
  • Laurea ad indirizzo economico o ingegneristico.
  • Conoscenza approfondita dei portali vendor e delle certificazioni tecniche/commerciali correlate.
