We are looking for a Mid–Senior Level Payroll Consultant to join our team and contribute to the analysis, configuration, and support of payroll information systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of payroll processes and will collaborate with business and technical teams to capture requirements, configure applications, and support the related processes.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements related to payroll
- Configure and support payroll applications / information systems
- Participate in the design and implementation of new functionalities and system changes
- Review and validate payroll calculations
- Investigate and resolve functional or technical issues
- Participate in testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment processes
- Collaborate with clients, users, and development teams to ensure the effective implementation of requirements
- Create and execute SQL queries for validation, data searches, and application support
Required Qualifications:
- Proven knowledge of Payroll processes
- Professional experience in a similar role, preferably at Mid or Senior Consultant level
- Experience in the configuration of payroll information systems / applications
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Very good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the institutional and operational framework of Greek Public Sector Payroll
- Experience in HR / Payroll information system projects
- Experience in complex payroll system configuration and implementation projects
- Familiarity with databases and data validation / reconciliation processes
- Good knowledge of SQL
