Η AGT Group, ένας δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενος όμιλος engineering & construction με περισσότερα από 30 χρόνια εμπειρίας στην υλοποίηση σύνθετων τεχνικών έργων στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, αναζητά People & Culture Manager με βάση τα κεντρικά γραφεία στην Αθήνα.

Ο/Η People & Culture Manager θα έχει ενεργό ρόλο στη διαμόρφωση και υλοποίηση της στρατηγικής Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού του Ομίλου, με έμφαση στην προσέλκυση και ανάπτυξη ταλέντου, την ενίσχυση της εταιρικής κουλτούρας και τη δημιουργία σύγχρονων και αποτελεσματικών διαδικασιών People & Culture, υποστηρίζοντας παράλληλα τις επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες και την ανάπτυξη της AGT στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση της στρατηγικής People & Culture, σε ευθυγράμμιση με τους επιχειρησιακούς στόχους του Ομίλου
  • Ανάπτυξη και βελτιστοποίηση των διαδικασιών Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, από την προσέλκυση και επιλογή έως την ένταξη, ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση εργαζομένων
  • Συντονισμός και επίβλεψη της διαδικασίας στελέχωσης, σε συνεργασία με τους υπεύθυνους των επιμέρους τμημάτων και έργων
  • Συνεργασία με τη Διοίκηση και τους επικεφαλής των τμημάτων για τον σχεδιασμό των αναγκών στελέχωσης και του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού
  • Ανάπτυξη και παρακολούθηση προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης και επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης
  • Ενίσχυση της εταιρικής κουλτούρας και ανάπτυξη δράσεων για τη βελτίωση της εμπειρίας των εργαζομένων
  • Υποστήριξη των στελεχών και των εργαζομένων σε θέματα εργασιακών σχέσεων και καθημερινής διαχείρισης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού
  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό πολιτικών και διαδικασιών σχετικά με αμοιβές, παροχές, άδειες, αξιολόγηση και ανάπτυξη προσωπικού
  • Υποστήριξη της οργανωτικής ανάπτυξης του Ομίλου και των ομάδων του, καθώς και συμμετοχή σε έργα οργανωτικών αλλαγών
  • Συνεργασία με τη Διοίκηση για τη δημιουργία ενός σύγχρονου, αξιοκρατικού και ανθρωποκεντρικού εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ σε Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Ψυχολογία ή συναφή κλάδο
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών σε Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού ή συναφή κατεύθυνση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Τουλάχιστον 5 έτη επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας στον χώρο του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, εκ των οποίων σημαντική εμπειρία σε θέση ευθύνης
  • Εμπειρία σε εταιρεία engineering, construction, energy ή συναφή τεχνικό κλάδο θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Εμπειρία στον σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή διαδικασιών και πολιτικών Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών, γραπτά και προφορικά
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office και εξοικείωση με συστήματα HR και ψηφιακά εργαλεία
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας με τη Διοίκηση, τα στελέχη και τους εργαζομένους
  • Ισχυρές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών προτεραιοτήτων
  • Ηγετικές δεξιότητες, επαγγελματισμός και προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα
  • Προσαρμοστικότητα, διακριτικότητα και υψηλό αίσθημα επαγγελματικής ευθύνης
  • Ανθρωποκεντρική προσέγγιση και ισχυρή αντίληψη της εταιρικής κουλτούρας
