We’re looking for Procurement Processing Specialist with German who wants to grow within Procurement and play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of goods and services across the organization. If you enjoy working with stakeholders, navigating purchasing processes, and keeping operations running smoothly - this role is for you.

YOU WILL

  • Process and create Indirect Purchase Requisitions for internal employees across various departments and countries, following defined standards and compliance requirements
  • Create Direct Purchase Orders for external suppliers (goods and services)
  • Perform quality checks on procurement requirements and documentation
  • Support internal stakeholders in the creation of Purchase Requisitions
  • Respond to inquiries related to Procurement processes
  • Support tasks connected to Plant Maintenance, including creation and updates of Purchase Info Records
  • Handle stakeholder requests related to reporting and training

Requirements

  • German fluency (min. B2) and English at B1/B2
  • At least 1 year of experience in Procurement or Sourcing (nice to have)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong customer orientation, including in challenging situations and interactions with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with SAP systems (weBuy, SAP ERP preferred)
