The posting

As a Product Specialist for our PIX4Dcatch mobile app, you serve as a voice-of-customer embedded in the product development team. Your mission is to ensure that our B2B customers successfully adopt our software and derive maximum value by providing technical support and documentation, as well as disseminating customer feedback into actionable insights to continually improve the product. As the PIX4Dcatch app product expert, you communicate feature updates in the context of customer value to the sales, training and customer success teams, as well as directly work with clients to support them with workflow integrations. You will interface with clients, developers, UX designers, and the product manager in your day-to-day and will belong to a team of product specialists across our product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and respond to customer issues related to the PIX4Dcatch mobile app for our enterprise customers. Work closely with developers to report and track bugs, and recommend feature improvements based on these issues. Coordinate with customer service globally as the product expert.
  • Release Rollout: Inform sales, marketing, and customer success teams, along with key customer accounts, about new features and updates to drive internal alignment and customer adoption. This includes organising product update communications for clients, presentations like webinars, and support documentation.
  • Drive the Customer Feedback Loop (Lean product development): Coordinate beta-testing with key B2B accounts, gather early feedback, and communicate this with the product development team. Conduct follow-up meetings with customers to deepen understanding of conversations initiated by the leadership team, and proactively follow up on ongoing customer dialogues to ensure their feedback is fully captured and addressed.
  • Support Data-Driven Decision-making: Monitor product adoption and usage to support/refute qualitative insights and assumptions, ultimately shaping the product roadmap. Identify new opportunities for product development by analysing market trends and competitors to strengthen our unique selling proposition.
  • Product Expert: Serve as the internal subject matter expert for PIX4Dcatch; supporting sales, customer service, and customer success teams to address complex client workflows and associated challenges.
  • Product Development: Coordinate product development for certain low-complexity features with a clearly defined scope in Catch and across product teams.

Requirements

  • A technical bachelor's degree with some geospatial focus or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. A strong product-centric profile unrelated to geospatial will be equally considered.
  • Proven experience (typically 2-4 years) in B2B SaaS, ideally in an Associate Product Management, Technical Support, Customer Success, or Product Operations role.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (C2), with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient with product development, analytics and/or technical support tools (eg. Jira, Confluence, Hubspot, Mixpanel)
  • A plus if you have experience with GIS systems, using RTK rovers, and/or mobile application product lifecycle.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and maintain product expertise.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts effectively.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
