We are looking for a Public Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the hotel’s public areas, ensuring they are clean, safe and well-presented in line with hotel and Health & Safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators and public restrooms.
  • Empty waste bins and replenish supplies in public restrooms and shared areas.
  • Keep public areas clean, tidy and presentable throughout the shift.
  • Report any damages, maintenance issues or other problems to the Supervisor.
  • Follow all cleaning, hygiene and safety procedures and work closely with the Housekeeping team.

Requirements

  • Basic education.
  • Basic knowledge of English.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and hygiene procedures and cleaning equipment.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team-oriented approach and ability to work effectively with colleagues from different cultures and nationalities.
  • Professional, discreet and respectful approach when working in guest areas.
