We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join our Quality team and support the implementation of quality standards and procedures across the manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in quality inspection, non-conformance analysis, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare technical inspection plans and quality standards for new products and manufacturing processes.
* Review technical drawings and specifications to identify critical inspection points before production.
* Analyze Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), rejection data, and returns to identify recurring issues and root causes.
* Prepare and update SOPs, inspection procedures, and work instructions.
* Support technical investigations of complex or recurring quality complaints.
* Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and verify their effectiveness.
* Participate in the technical and quality evaluation of new suppliers.
* Prepare regular reports on quality KPIs, including rejection rates, recurring defects, and closure time.
* Coordinate with Production and Technical teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
* Provide training to Quality Inspectors on new inspection standards, procedures, and equipment when required.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality processes.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Science, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Good knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes.
* Experience with NCR, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and quality improvement.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good technical reporting and documentation skills.
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
