AB Midden Nederland zoekt een ervaren en ondernemend lid van de Raad van Commissarissen, tevens voorzitter van de Auditcommissie. Een toezichthouder die financiële deskundigheid combineert met strategisch inzicht, bestuurlijke ervaring en gevoel voor de coöperatieve context.

De nieuwe commissaris treedt toe in een fase van verdere groei en professionalisering, waarbij kwaliteit van dienstverlening, vastgoed en huisvesting en financiële continuïteit belangrijke thema's zijn.

De nieuwe commissaris:

  • geeft zelfstandig richting aan de Auditcommissie en houdt toezicht op financiële continuïteit, risicobeheersing en verslaglegging;
  • beoordeelt strategische investerings- en financieringsvraagstukken, waaronder vastgoed en huisvesting;
  • fungeert als stevige en onafhankelijke gesprekspartner voor bestuur, accountant en collega-commissarissen;
  • draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de RvC;
  • combineert inhoudelijke scherpte met bestuurlijke souplesse, verbinding en gevoel voor het coöperatieve karakter.

Requirements

Onze kandidaat is een ervaren commissaris en financieel-economisch sterke bestuurder of ondernemer, die gewend is complexe organisaties vanuit strategisch perspectief te beoordelen. Zij/hij beschikt over natuurlijke autoriteit en combineert inhoudelijke scherpte met toegankelijkheid, nieuwsgierigheid en verbindend vermogen.

De kandidaat heeft een stevig financieel fundament, maar is nadrukkelijk meer dan een financieel specialist. Zij/hij begrijpt de samenhang tussen commerciële groei, kwaliteit van dienstverlening, investeringen en financiële continuïteit en weet deze vanuit strategisch en financieel perspectief te beoordelen.

Idealiter is de kandidaat nog actief in het bedrijfsleven en brengt zij/hij actuele ervaring mee vanuit zakelijke dienstverlening, vastgoed, industrie of een andere ondernemende omgeving.

Ervaring met flexibele arbeid, internationale medewerkers en/of arbeidsmigratie is waardevol. Vanwege de strategische betekenis van huisvesting is ervaring met vastgoed eveneens sterk gewenst.

De kandidaat begrijpt de bijzondere positie van een coöperatie en weet ondernemerschap, zakelijkheid en financiële discipline te verbinden met het bredere belang van leden, klanten en medewerkers.

Wij denken aan een kandidaat die:

  • beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring als lid van een Raad van Commissarissen en/of Raad van Toezicht;
  • beschikt over de financiële deskundigheid en toezichthoudende ervaring om het voorzitterschap van de Auditcommissie op zich te nemen;
  • ruime bestuurlijke, directie- en/of ondernemende ervaring heeft;
  • ervaring heeft met investerings-, financierings- en risicovraagstukken, financiële verslaglegging en interne beheersing;
  • relevante ervaring heeft met vastgoed, vastgoedexploitatie, huisvesting en/of vastgoedfinanciering;
  • bij voorkeur ervaring heeft binnen de zakelijke of personeelsintensieve dienstverlening, industrie of een vergelijkbare ondernemende omgeving, met affiniteit voor flexibele arbeid en/of internationale medewerkers;
  • bij voorkeur ervaring heeft met een coöperatie, familiebedrijf of andere stakeholdergedreven organisatie. Affiniteit met de agrarische sector is een pré.
