نبحث عن أخصائي مبيعات عقارية يساهم في دعم نمو المبيعات وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء المهتمين بشراء الوحدات السكنية الجاهزة. يركز هذا الدور على تقديم تجربة بيع احترافية، وفهم احتياجات العملاء، وتحويل الفرص البيعية إلى صفقات ناجحة من خلال المتابعة المستمرة والتنسيق الفعال مع الجهات الداخلية.

Responsibilities

  • استقبال ومتابعة العملاء المهتمين بشراء الوحدات العقارية.
  • بيع الوحدات العقارية الجاهزة خصوصًا الشقق السكنية.
  • شرح تفاصيل المشاريع والوحدات للعملاء من حيث المساحات والأسعار والمميزات.
  • ترتيب الزيارات الميدانية للعملاء للوحدات والمشاريع.
  • متابعة العملاء المحتملين يوميًا حتى إغلاق البيع.
  • تحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية.
  • إدخال وتحديث بيانات العملاء والفرص البيعية في النظام أو ملفات المتابعة.
  • التنسيق مع الإدارة بخصوص العروض والأسعار وحالة توفر الوحدات.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية عن العملاء والزيارات والصفقات ونسب التحويل.
  • المحافظة على علاقة احترافية مع العملاء قبل وبعد البيع.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • سعودي الجنسية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في المبيعات العقارية، مع خبرة سابقة في مبيعات المشاريع العقارية وبيع الوحدات العقارية السكنية الجاهزة.
  • خبرة في إدارة دورة المبيعات كاملة من توليد الفرص والمتابعة إلى المعاينة والتفاوض والحجز وإغلاق البيع.
  • معرفة جيدة بسوق العقار السكني في الرياض، مع فهم واضح لآليات بيع الوحدات الجاهزة بما يشمل المخزون والتسعير والحجوزات ومتابعة العملاء.
  • مهارات قوية في التفاوض والإقناع وإغلاق الصفقات العقارية، مع القدرة على متابعة العملاء باستمرار طوال العملية البيعية.
  • القدرة على إجراء معاينات الوحدات والجولات التعريفية بالمشاريع وعقد الاجتماعات مع العملاء.
  • خبرة في استخدام أنظمة CRM لإدارة العملاء المحتملين وعمليات المتابعة والفرص البيعية، مع معرفة جيدة ببرنامج Microsoft Excel.
  • الراحة في استخدام الحاسب والهاتف وWhatsApp لأغراض المتابعة والتواصل مع العملاء.
  • القدرة على العمل وفق المستهدفات الشهرية ومؤشرات التحويل البيعية.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية.
  • الاستعداد للعمل الميداني، وإجراء زيارات العملاء ومعاينات العقارات داخل الرياض عند الحاجة.
  • الإقامة في الرياض.
  • توفر وسيلة تنقل موثوقة لزيارات العملاء والاجتماعات الميدانية الخاصة بالمشاريع.

Preferred Qualifications

  • خبرة في بيع الشقق السكنية.
  • دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو العقار أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
  • رخصة وساطة عقارية سعودية أو شهادة مهنية ذات صلة بالمبيعات العقارية.
  • رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية.
  • مهارات تواصل باللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى أساسي إلى جيد.
  • القدرة على الانضمام خلال 30 يومًا أو حسب الاتفاق.
  • المرونة للعمل في عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو الفترات المسائية عند الحاجة لمواعيد العملاء.
