Contamos com uma rede de laboratórios e unidades de diagnóstico médico em 14 países. A nossa rede internacional de unidades confere-nos uma das presenças geográficas mais amplas entre os prestadores de serviços de laboratório clínico e diagnóstico médico na Europa.

Desde 2006 que marcamos a diferença no setor da saúde em Portugal, com um corpo clínico de referência. No âmbito do nosso crescimento e expansão, estamos à procura de um Real Estate Trainee , para fazer a diferença. A saúde começa em nós!

Responsabilidades:

  • Auxiliar na gestão administrativa e acompanhamento de Contratos de Arrendamento (Rental Contracts), controlando prazos, documentação e renovações, bem como apoiar na otimização da plataforma/software existente;
  • Mapear, organizar e manter atualizada a plataforma documental de Real Estate, trabalhando em estreita proximidade com os departamentos Financeiro e Jurídico;
  • Dar suporte na gestão de documentos e licenças críticas por unidade, incluindo Licenças de Utilização (LU), Cadernetas Prediais, documentação de Proteção Radiológica (LPR), ANEPC, licenciamento municipal, DGEG, etc;
  • Apoiar no acompanhamento, triagem de reclamações e na gestão operacional diária de condomínios;
  • Colaborar na prospeção de novas unidades imobiliárias, auxiliando na análise de mercado, políticas de lease, preparação de dados para negociações e coordenação com outros departamentos de suporte;
  • Participar ativamente em surveys de Real Estate para identificar unidades ou áreas subutilizadas, contribuindo para estratégias de redução de espaço, vendas ou otimização de custos (Savings & Earnings);
  • Garantir o suporte administrativo diário ao departamento de infraestruturas, nomeadamente na gestão de requisições de compra (compras/procurement) e na melhoria contínua de procedimentos internos de gestão documental.

Requirements

  • Recém-licenciado em Gestão Imobiliária (preferencialmente), Gestão, Solicitadoria ou Engenharia Civil;
  • Elevada atenção ao detalhe e gosto pela área administrativa, organização documental e conformidade legal (compliance);
  • Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas de MS Office e facilidade em trabalhar com plataformas de gestão documental;
  • Mindset ágil, com vontade de aprender sobre o mercado imobiliário corporativo, licenciamentos (municipais, ANEPC, DGEG) e negociação de contratos;
  • Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal para articular informações com equipas internas (Jurídico, Financeiro, etc), parceiros externos (condomínios, senhorios) e acompanhar a gestão de negociações.
