We're looking for a dedicated and dynamic Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company by bringing in top talent.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet role requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Negotiate job offers and assist candidates with onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Conduct telephone screening of applicants to assess qualifications, experience, salary expectations, availability, and overall fit before advancing them in the process.
  • Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and report on hiring progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Advanced English
  • Available to work on-site and full-time.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a recruiter (Preferably in the BPO industry)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using social media for recruitment purposes.
