As part of its development, Orizon strengthens its human resources in Athens and we are seeking a Reporting and Analysis Manager (Telco) to lead data-driven decision-making within our telecom company. This role is responsible for managing reporting frameworks, analyzing business performance, and providing actionable insights to support strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, telecom industry knowledge, and experience in reporting tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, automate and maintain reports on key business metrics, financial performance, and operational efficiency
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, network performance, and market trends to support decision-making
  • Track KPIs across different business units and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with IT, Product and Technology teams to translate data into business strategies
  • Enhance reporting processes by implementing BI tools and dashboarding solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy and consistency across reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence, preferably in the telecom sector
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker); experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus
  • Understanding of telecom KPIs, revenue analysis, customer churn and network performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to convey data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting initiatives and deliver results within deadlines
