Descrizione del ruolo

Il/La Responsabile Addetto Cambio Stampi sarà inserito all'interno del reparto produttivo e avrà la responsabilità di gestire le attività di movimentazione, attrezzaggio, cambio stampi e avviamento presse dedicate allo stampaggio a iniezione di materie plastiche.

La risorsa opererà su presse Engel e BMB di grande tonnellaggio (1.200 - 1.600 tonnellate), occupandosi del corretto montaggio e smontaggio degli stampi, della programmazione e ottimizzazione dei parametri di processo e della gestione delle attività di set-up, garantendo il rispetto degli standard qualitativi, produttivi e di sicurezza aziendali.

Il ruolo prevede:

  • Movimentazione e installazione di stampi di grandi dimensioni tramite carroponte;
  • Attrezzaggio e cambio stampi su presse ad iniezione Engel e BMB;
  • Impostazione, modifica e ottimizzazione dei parametri macchina;
  • Avviamento delle produzioni e validazione del primo pezzo;
  • Supporto tecnico al reparto produttivo per la risoluzione delle problematiche di processo;
  • Collaborazione con Produzione, Qualità e Manutenzione per il miglioramento delle performance produttive.

Responsabilità principali

  • Effettuare il montaggio e lo smontaggio degli stampi secondo il piano produttivo;
  • Utilizzare il carroponte per la movimentazione in sicurezza degli stampi;
  • Eseguire il set-up delle presse e l'avviamento delle produzioni;
  • Programmare e regolare i parametri di stampaggio in funzione delle specifiche tecniche richieste;
  • Monitorare il corretto funzionamento degli impianti intervenendo in caso di anomalie;
  • Ridurre i tempi di attrezzaggio e ottimizzare i cambi produzione;
  • Verificare la conformità dei prodotti in fase di avviamento;
  • Collaborare con il reparto Qualità per garantire il rispetto degli standard richiesti;
  • Supportare le attività di manutenzione ordinaria degli stampi e delle attrezzature;
  • Garantire il rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza e delle normative aziendali.

Requirements

Formazione

🎓 Diploma tecnico ad indirizzo Meccanico, Meccatronico, Industriale o titolo equivalente.

Esperienza

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di Attrezzista Stampi, Tecnico Cambio Stampi o Capo Attrezzaggio;
  • Esperienza consolidata nel settore gomma e plastica e nello stampaggio a iniezione;
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo di presse Engel e/o BMB;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di stampi di grandi dimensioni e alto tonnellaggio;
  • Capacità di operare in autonomia nelle attività di attrezzaggio e avviamento produzione.

Competenze tecniche

  • Ottima conoscenza dei processi di stampaggio a iniezione delle materie plastiche;
  • Capacità di attrezzaggio e cambio stampi su presse di grande tonnellaggio;
  • Esperienza nella programmazione e regolazione dei parametri di processo;
  • Conoscenza delle logiche di funzionamento delle presse Engel e BMB;
  • Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico meccanico;
  • Utilizzo dei principali strumenti di misura e controllo;
  • Conoscenza delle procedure di avviamento e industrializzazione produzione;
  • Capacità di individuare e risolvere problematiche di processo;
  • Familiarità con le attività di manutenzione preventiva degli stampi;
  • Patentino per la conduzione del carroponte in corso di validità.
