RESPONSABILE DI SALA

Il Ruolo

Rispondendo al Direttore e al Vice Direttore del punto vendita, sarai un punto di riferimento operativo per il team di sala e avrai la responsabilità di garantire il corretto svolgimento del servizio, coordinando le attività della squadra e assicurando un'esperienza positiva per il cliente.

La figura ricercata dovrà conoscere il servizio di sala a 360° e avere una solida esperienza nella gestione operativa di team all'interno di contesti di ristorazione organizzata.

Potrà inoltre essere coinvolta nella gestione dei turni, nelle attività di cassa e nell'affiancamento e formazione delle nuove risorse.

Attività principali

  • Coordinare e supervisionare la squadra di sala durante il servizio, assicurando organizzazione, efficienza e qualità;
  • Gestire operativamente il servizio, supportando il team nei momenti di maggiore affluenza;
  • Assegnare le attività e le postazioni al personale di sala, garantendo una corretta organizzazione del lavoro;
  • Assicurare il rispetto degli standard aziendali di servizio, accoglienza e qualità;
  • Garantire un'esperienza cliente positiva, intervenendo nella gestione di richieste, esigenze ed eventuali criticità;
  • Collaborare con cucina e management per assicurare fluidità e coordinamento durante il servizio;
  • Occuparsi, quando richiesto, della pianificazione dei turni del personale di sala;
  • Gestire le procedure di apertura e chiusura della cassa e le relative attività amministrative;
  • Affiancare e supportare l'inserimento delle nuove risorse, contribuendo alla loro formazione sulle procedure e sugli standard aziendali;
  • Monitorare ordine, pulizia e corretta preparazione degli ambienti di sala;
  • Essere un punto di riferimento per il team, favorendo collaborazione, motivazione e attenzione al servizio.

Il Profilo Ideale

Cerchiamo una persona già formata nel ruolo, con esperienza maturata in contesti di ristorazione organizzata e abituata a gestire una squadra durante il servizio.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Esperienza consolidata nel servizio di sala e nella gestione operativa di un team;
  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in ruoli di Responsabile di Sala, Capo Sala, Assistant Restaurant Manager o analoghi;
  • Preferibile provenienza da contesti di ristorazione organizzata, come catene di ristorazione, pizzerie strutturate o format con elevati volumi di servizio;
  • Conoscenza completa delle dinamiche del servizio di sala;
  • Buone capacità di coordinamento, organizzazione e gestione delle persone;
  • Orientamento al cliente e attenzione alla qualità del servizio;
  • Capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e ad alta affluenza;
  • Autonomia nella gestione delle attività operative e capacità di problem solving;
  • Buona conoscenza delle procedure di cassa e delle attività di apertura e chiusura;
  • Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni, weekend e festivi;
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni spezzati pranzo–cena, almeno durante il fine settimana;
  • Residenza o domicilio vicino al punto vendita, considerata la necessità di effettuare, in caso di turno spezzato, gli spostamenti tra il servizio del pranzo e quello della cena.

Cosa Offriamo

  • Inserimento diretto in azienda con iniziale contratto a tempo determinato finalizzato alla stabilizzazione a tempo indeterminato;
  • Contratto Full Time 40 ore settimanali oppure Part Time 30 ore settimanali;
  • IV Livello – CCNL Pubblici Esercizi, Ristorazione Collettiva, Commerciale e Turismo;
  • RAL indicativa: € 23.698 e € 28.000 lordi annui in funzione dell'esperienza e del livello di responsabilità;
