Il nostro cliente è una storica realtà manifatturiera emiliana operante nel settore automotive e specializzata in processi ad elevato contenuto qualitativo ricerca un/una Responsabile Reparto Verniciatura da inserire all'interno dell'area Operations. La persona sarà il punto di riferimento operativo del reparto e avrà la responsabilità di guidare una squadra composta da circa 15 addetti, supportata da due figure di coordinamento intermedio. L'obiettivo sarà assicurare la corretta esecuzione delle lavorazioni, garantendo la continuità produttiva, il rispetto delle tempistiche concordate e il mantenimento degli elevati standard qualitativi richiesti dal settore di riferimento.

Di cosa ti occuperai

  • Supervisionare l'intero flusso operativo del reparto, monitorando l'avanzamento delle lavorazioni e intervenendo prontamente in caso di criticità.
  • Coordinare le risorse assegnate, assicurando un'efficace distribuzione delle attività e una corretta gestione dei carichi di lavoro.
  • Garantire il corretto impiego degli impianti produttivi e il rispetto delle procedure operative.
  • Verificare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di produttività, qualità e puntualità delle consegne.
  • Analizzare le performance del reparto attraverso i principali indicatori produttivi, individuando opportunità di miglioramento e azioni correttive.
  • Collaborare con Qualità, Manutenzione, Ingegneria di Processo e Produzione per la risoluzione delle problematiche e l'ottimizzazione delle attività.
  • Promuovere iniziative finalizzate all'incremento dell'efficienza produttiva, alla riduzione delle inefficienze e al miglioramento continuo delle prestazioni.
  • Supportare l'introduzione di nuove lavorazioni o modifiche di processo contribuendo alla definizione delle migliori modalità operative.
  • Favorire la crescita professionale del team attraverso formazione, affiancamento e sviluppo delle competenze tecniche.

Candidati se

  • Hai esperienza maturata nella gestione di reparti di verniciatura, preferibilmente in ambito automotive
  • Hai una buona conoscenza delle tecnologie e dei processi legati alla preparazione, applicazione e finitura delle superfici.
  • Hai esperienza nella gestione di personale operativo e nel coordinamento delle attività produttive.

Sede di lavoro: Provincia di Modena RAL indicativa: €39.000 - €43.000
