The posting

We are seeking a skilled Specialist Rheumatologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in diagnosing and managing autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage a wide range of rheumatological conditions.
  • Evaluate and treat rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, lupus, gout, vasculitis, and other autoimmune disorders.
  • Assess patients with joint pain, inflammation, and musculoskeletal complaints.
  • Develop individualized treatment and long-term management plans.
  • Monitor disease progression and response to treatment.
  • Interpret relevant laboratory investigations and imaging studies.
  • Manage complex and chronic rheumatological cases.
  • Coordinate care with orthopaedists, physiotherapists, internal medicine physicians, and other specialists.
  • Educate patients regarding disease management, medication, lifestyle, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
  • MD/DNB/MRCP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Rheumatology.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical experience in autoimmune and inflammatory disorders.
  • Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and patient-management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
