RituAli, divisione Lifestyle di Ali Professional, ricerca un/una Room Service Chef de Rang – In Room Dining da inserire in una realtà di riferimento nell'hotellerie di lusso.

Cerchiamo un/a professionista dell'ospitalità che sappia trasformare ogni servizio in camera in un'esperienza curata, discreta e impeccabile. Una figura capace di coniugare organizzazione, attenzione all'ospite e sensibilità per i dettagli, contribuendo ogni giorno agli standard d'eccellenza dell'hotel.

Sarai il punto di riferimento per il servizio In Room Dining, accompagnando l'ospite in un'esperienza personalizzata, dalla raccolta dell'ordine fino alla presentazione delle portate in camera.

Nel concreto, ti occuperai di:

  • Gestione del servizio in camera: raccolta delle ordinazioni, preparazione degli ordini e verifica della corretta mise en place di vassoi e carrelli.
  • Cura dell'esperienza dell'ospite: consegna delle comande direttamente nelle camere, presentazione delle portate con eleganza e gestione delle richieste speciali.
  • Coordinamento operativo: collaborazione costante con cucina, bar e front office per garantire puntualità, precisione e continuità del servizio.
  • Qualità e organizzazione: riordino delle attrezzature e delle postazioni di lavoro, nel rispetto degli standard di qualità, igiene e organizzazione della struttura.

CHI CERCHIAMO

Sei la persona giusta se hai maturato esperienza nell'hotellerie e desideri mettere le tue competenze al servizio di una realtà di alto livello.

In particolare, cerchiamo:

  • Esperienza come Chef de Rang, Demi Chef de Rang o Room Service Waiter in hotel di lusso o contesti hospitality strutturati.
  • Buone capacità organizzative e autonomia nella gestione del servizio.
  • Spiccato orientamento all'ospite e attenzione ai dettagli.
  • Professionalità, discrezione e uno standing adeguato a un contesto luxury.
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e capacità di collaborare con diversi reparti.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus.

DETTAGLI DELL'OPPORTUNITÀ

Sede: Milano, nel cuore della città.

Orario: full-time, 5 giorni su 7, su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi, con 2 giorni consecutivi di riposo.

Contratto: tempo determinato iniziale, finalizzato all'assunzione a tempo indeterminato.

Retribuzione annua lorda: 23.000–25.000 €.
