The posting

Our client delivers interior fit-out, modular new-build and specialist furniture projects, primarily within the private education sector. Following a successful transition from an owner-managed business, the company is now led by a growth-focused CEO who is investing in the leadership, commercial capability and infrastructure required to significantly scale the organisation over the next five years.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the entire customer acquisition strategy, from market positioning and channel development through to conversion and long-term account growth.

Equally important is the ability to create, lead and inspire a high-performing commercial team capable of supporting ambitious growth plans.

  • Build, develop and lead a high-performing commercial team across business development, marketing and sales support.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, energy, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to wider business strategy as a key member of the senior leadership team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
