Strategic Agency Sales1（SAS1）について

私たちはSmartNewsの日本広告事業の中で大手広告代理店を担当するチームです。広告事業は会社の収益の柱であり、持続的な成長に大きく貢献しています。大規模なクライアントネットワークを持つ広告代理店領域ならではのインパクトの大きさや多様なブランドの広告戦略や課題に日々向き合いながら、事業成長に貢献しています。

このポジションでは、代理店が管理している案件について、協業してサポートしていくことをメインのミッションにおいています。また、代理店経由での売上目標に対して責任を持ち、自分自身で業務を組み立てていくことが求められています。時には幅広いデジタル広告の知識を求められることがありますが、チームメンバーで情報共有をしながら、常に新しいことへ意欲的に取り組んでいますので、新しいチャレンジを見つけていただける環境です。

業務内容

  • SmartNews Adsの広告効果の最大化を通じた売上拡大
  • 広告主/広告代理店様への広告運用最適化の提案と実行サポート（広告運用最適化のための配信データの分析と改善機会の開拓、広告プロダクト導入のための代理店サポート）
  • 代理店の実務担当者への提案（クライアント及び代理店との関係性の構築、実務担当者との提案機会の創出と提案の実施）
  • 広告効果を最大化するためのKPI設計の提案（代理店の課題に沿ったKPI設計と計測手法の提案、KPIに合致したプランニングや広告運用方針の提案）
  • 広告パフォーマンス改善に基づく追加予算の獲得（既存デジタルマーケティング予算内での他媒体からのシェアの獲得、新たなデジタルマーケティング予算増額提案による予算獲得、churn rateの改善による案件数の維持）
  • AIを中心とした社内ツールの積極活用による営業活動（データ分析業務、提案資料作成業務、アカウント管理業務、その他関連業務全般）の効率化と、データを踏まえた本質的な改善提案の推進

Requirements

応募要件（必須）

  • 代理店の運用コンサルタントの方と適切な会話ができるコミュニケーション能力
  • SmartNewsデータを用いたユーザーインサイトを含めた提案・プレゼンテーション
  • 代理店との関係性の構築（週次でのミーティングなど）
  • 売上目標から落とし込んだ行動計画の策定と実行
  • 担当案件からの新たな事例創出と代理店での展開
  • クライアントのビジネス課題に対するソリューション提案
  • 週3以上の東京オフィスでの勤務が可能であること

歓迎する経験・スキル

  • デジタル広告に関する3年以上の営業または運用経験（Google/Meta/LINE/Yahoo! 等）
  • 目標達成に向けてオーナーシップを持ち意欲的にアクションをとることができる
  • 広告代理店のビジネスとデジタル広告における商流毎の視点について、深い理解があること
  • 論理的思考能力、問題解決能力、インパクト思考
