The posting
You will lead the Senior Leadership Team in driving whole-school strategy, academics and operations. You will report to the Director of Education (Egypt) and work closely with EEP’s central office on academic quality, school improvement, accreditation and operational performance.
Key responsibilities
• Embed the school’s mission, vision and core values in daily practice
• Own and update the 3-year Strategic Improvement Plan
• Set high expectations for student achievement and organisational effectiveness
• Share leadership of teaching and learning improvement across the school
• Develop the policies, processes and controls that underpin academic excellence
• Lead the school’s pursuit and retention of respected international accreditations
• Work with Marketing and Admissions to deliver growth forecasts and admissions targets
• Build a safe, respectful and collegial culture, and resolve concerns from staff, students and parents with cultural sensitivity
• Collaborate with EEP’s central office and fellow school leaders to share practice and raise standards across the network

Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Education or a relevant field, plus a teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, PGDE, teaching license or equivalent)
- 5 years senior leadership position
- NPQH or an equivalent senior leadership qualification (K-12 administration, superintendency)
- Proven leadership experience in an international school environment
