Job Title: Architecture Site Engineer (Finishing)
Talent 360 is hiring a Site Engineer (Finishing) to join our team.
This is a full-time job opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about high-quality finishing and seamless on-site execution.
About the Role
Talent 360 is looking for a talented and experienced Site Engineer (Finishing) to supervise and manage finishing works on-site, ensuring that every detail is executed according to design standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all on-site finishing works, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, false ceilings, joinery, and other finishing activities.
- Ensure all finishing works meet our quality and aesthetic standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site snags efficiently.
- Monitor daily and weekly project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
- Support project planning and ensure finishing activities remain within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Ensure proper availability, storage, and inventory of finishing materials.
- Ensure the site is safe, organized, and compliant with relevant safety requirements.
- Review and interpret architectural and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution.
- Coordinate with different site teams to ensure proper sequencing and quality of work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in finishing works, preferably in high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and construction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong eye for quality and aesthetics.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
- Strong site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced site environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
