Le contexte Au sein de notre équipe, vous intervenez pour un groupe d'assurance de la place qui veut réduire ses incidents de production. Sur des projets transverses, vous garantissez la qualité des livrables, sans management hiérarchique. Un secteur soumis aux exigences de résilience opérationnelle de DORA.

Votre mission Vous rendez la qualité visible et mesurable, de la stratégie de test jusqu'à la décision de mise en production.

Construire la stratégie de test

  • Définir la stratégie de test et ses familles de tests, de l'unitaire à la performance et à la sécurité
  • Estimer charge et moyens, et bâtir un planning aligné sur les jalons

Piloter les campagnes

  • Superviser conception, exécution et suivi des campagnes manuelles et automatisées
  • Coordonner données, environnements et outillage, et piloter la gestion des anomalies
  • Identifier les risques qualité et proposer des plans de mitigation

Rendre la qualité mesurable

  • Définir et suivre les KPIs qualité, et en rendre compte aux équipes et au management
  • Éclairer les décisions de mise en production (Go / No Go)

Votre profil Ce qui est indispensable

  • Au moins 6 ans d'expérience en testing, dont 3 ans en pilotage de tests et 3 ans en test analysis ou exécution
  • L'expérience d'environnements complexes, multi-équipes et multi-projets
  • Un Bac+3 ou Bac+5 en informatique, ou une formation équivalente
  • Une bonne connaissance des méthodologies de test (ISTQB, TMap), de l'agilité, d'ITIL, de DevSecOps, des outils de gestion des tests et du CI/CD
  • Un leadership transversal : vous fédérez, vulgarisez et remontez les alertes de façon analytique et synthétique
