  • Ensure accurate and timely billing across OPD, IPD, surgeries, diagnostics, pharmacy, procedures, and other hospital services.
  • Monitor AR, outstanding payments, collections, credit billing, insurance/TPA receivables, and patient dues.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Billing, Front Office, Insurance/TPA, Clinical and Operations teams to resolve revenue-related issues.
  • Track insurance/TPA claims, approvals, deductions, denials, and settlement timelines.
  • Analyse revenue trends and prepare MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue realization, patient conversion, average billing value, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor revenue-related SOPs, controls, and processes.
  • Ensure appropriate coordination between clinical services and billing teams so that all billable services are captured correctly.
  • Monitor discounts, refunds, credit notes, and exceptional approvals in line with hospital policies.
  • Work with leadership to develop and implement revenue improvement initiatives.

2. Hospital Administration & Operations

  • Manage day-to-day hospital administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of non-clinical activities.
  • Coordinate with departments including Front Office, Facility, Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Biomedical, IT, Procurement, and other support functions.
  • Ensure adequate availability and functioning of essential hospital facilities, equipment, utilities, and support services.
  • Manage and coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors.

  • Ensure administrative processes are aligned with hospital policies, statutory requirements, and applicable quality/accreditation standards.
  • Support hospital leadership in implementing operational policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
  • Handle escalations related to patients, attendants, vendors, and internal stakeholders from an administrative perspective.
  • Monitor facility-related issues and ensure timely closure through respective teams.
  • Support audits, inspections, compliance requirements, and documentation related to hospital operations.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a key coordination point between Revenue, Finance, Clinical, Nursing, Front Office, Insurance/TPA, HR, and Administration.
  • Work closely with doctors and clinical leadership to improve operational and revenue processes without compromising patient experience.
  • Lead regular review meetings and track action items to closure.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
