The posting

About Wallbid

Wallbid is an insurtech company combining insurance intermediation, technology and TPA services. We design and operate embedded insurance products (Extended Warranty, device protection, travel cancellation and more) integrated into the sales channels of retailers, telecom operators and banks, in partnership with insurers and reinsurers. In parallel, we are building new AI products that automate operational workflows for companies in manufacturing, logistics and distribution.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong product and tech acumen to lead products across both areas, set product direction and turn ideas into working prototypes, fast.

The role

You will own our products from idea to launch. You will decide what we build and why, and you will be able to show it, not just describe it. When a new need comes up, you will turn it into a working demo within days using AI tools like Claude, test it with users or partners, and only then bring in design and engineering to build the real thing.

What you will be doing:

  • Define product strategy and vision across AI and embedded insurance, aligned with company objectives.
  • Run product discovery: form hypotheses, interviews, and turn findings into clear problem statements.
  • Build fast, functional demos and prototypes with AI tools to validate ideas before design and engineering get involved.
  • Define MVP scope and write PRDs with user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with design on user journeys for clients, partners and internal users.
  • Work closely with engineering on architecture, integrations (APIs, ERP, e-commerce and POS platforms), security and auditability.
  • Own the roadmap and prioritize requests coming from customers, sales, underwriting and leadership.
  • Support the commercial team with business cases, ROI and pricing.
  • Ensure products are reusable and scalable across new clients and markets.
  • Represent product in discussions with senior stakeholders, clients, insurers and investors.

Requirements

Must have skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech or insurtech.
  • Hands-on experience building working prototypes with AI tools (e.g. Claude, Figma Make).
  • Strong understanding and know-how on LLMs, AI agents and or workflow automation.
  • Strong discovery skills.
  • Clear written communication. Your PRDs are specs people can build from.
  • Comfort with technical conversations: APIs, integrations, data flows.
  • Good judgment about when a demo is enough and when it is time to hand over to engineering.
  • Understanding of UX principles and comfort working with designers in Figma.
  • Greek speaking, fluency in English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in insurance, operations, financial services, manufacturing, logistics, retail or distribution.
  • Experience with AI or LLM-based products, including how to evaluate their outputs.
  • Knowledge of ERP environments (e.g. Entersoft, SoftOne, Epsilonnet, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (IDD, GDPR).
  • Coding skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript) as an extra for prototyping.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation, reviewed regularly in line with individual performance and company milestones.
  • Flexible working conditions (e.g. Work from Home).
  • Private Health Insurance.
  • Personal and professional development among industry experts.
  • Team social events.

If you are a Product Manager that enjoys working on products crafted with intelligence and passion, we would love to hear from you ;)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
