WHAT YOU WILL DO: -Drive daily site ops & manage progress via MS Project. -Prepare Two Weeks Look Ahead plans & mini programs. -Submit RFIs & check joint measurement sketches for claims. -Lead & mentor 2–3 junior site engineers.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN: -Launching gantry setup & segmental box girder deck erection. -Post-tensioning (PT) stressing sequences & tendon details. -CIDB Grade G7 site management & consultant negotiations.

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: -Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. -Solid civil, bridge, or rail site experience.

BONUS: -Bridge / precast box girder launching -Launching gantry operation / segmental deck assembly -Post-tensioning (PT) stressing & tendon sequence -Deep bored piling & pier head construction

WORK SETUP & BENEFITS: -Penang site based (Mon-Fri 8am-7pm, alt Sat 8am-7pm). -Competitive package + fixed allowances + performance bonus
