Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen proaktiven Service Techniker (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unserer Kollegen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Reparatur und Wartung von technischen Geräten und Anlagen
  • Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung unserer Sicherheitssysteme
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen, Störungsbeseitigungen und technischen Serviceeinsätzen beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Analyse und Diagnose technischer Fehler sowie Erarbeitung nachhaltiger Lösungen
  • Dokumentation der ausgeführten Arbeiten und Serviceberichte
  • Einweisung und Schulung von Kunden in die Bedienung der Systeme
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Projekten und Modernisierungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb

Requirements

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Elektroniker, Mechatroniker, Elektrotechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Außendienst oder Servicetechnik von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik und Sicherheitstechnik wünschenswert
  • Selbstständige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und professionelles Auftreten
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des zugewiesenen Einsatzgebietes
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
