IL RUOLO

Cerchiamo Sales Setter B2B freelance per il mercato italiano.

Il tuo obiettivo sarà entrare in contatto con agenzie immobiliari italiane, individuare potenziali clienti e fissare appuntamenti qualificati per il nostro team Sales.

Non dovrai occuparti della chiusura delle vendite: il tuo focus sarà esclusivamente sulla generazione e qualificazione di nuove opportunità commerciali.

La collaborazione è 100% da remoto e offre ampia autonomia nell'organizzazione della giornata: non imponiamo il classico orario 9–18, ma cerchiamo persone che possano dedicare all'attività almeno 5–6 ore al giorno, dal lunedì al venerdì, in fasce compatibili con gli orari lavorativi italiani.

La collaborazione può essere affiancata ad altre attività professionali, purché queste siano compatibili con la disponibilità richiesta e con gli obiettivi concordati.

COME FUNZIONA IL COMPENSO

Il modello è a provvigione e direttamente legato ai risultati.

Potrai guadagnare:

  • sulle vendite successivamente chiuse dal team Sales a partire dalle opportunità generate da te.

Questo significa che il valore del tuo lavoro non si ferma alla presa dell'appuntamento: le opportunità che generi possono continuare a produrre commissioni quando diventano clienti.

  • Collaborazione con il team commerciale italiano e internazionale

L'attività prevede un volume indicativo di 60–100 chiamate al giorno.

Puoi lavorare dall'Italia o da un altro Paese europeo: ciò che conta è poter operare efficacemente sul mercato italiano negli orari richiesti.

Requirements

Requisiti indispensabili

  • Italiano madrelingua o livello nativo
  • Disponibilità a lavorare in fasce compatibili con gli orari lavorativi italiani (CET/CEST) solo da lunedì a venerdì.
  • Disponibilità a svolgere quotidianamente attività di cold calling e prospecting outbound
  • Forte attitudine commerciale e orientamento ai risultati
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
  • Determinazione, costanza e capacità di gestire il rifiuto
  • Autonomia nell'organizzazione del proprio lavoro
  • Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e KPI
  • Buona dimestichezza con strumenti digitali e CRM
  • Partita IVA o disponibilità ad aprirla

Costituisce un plus
