  • Miller Dedicated Services - Supports customers in outsourcing their transportation needs by providing vehicles, drivers, fuel, insurance, and overall industry expertise.
  • Miller Brokerage Services - Provides on-demand capacity solutions through our network of reliable carriers.

Miller Transportation Group is immediately hiring a Shop Administrator for our Miller Truck Leasing division in Worcester, MA. With over 100 years of experience and upwards of 8,000 trucks on the road, Miller currently operates over 40 Diesel Maintenance shops throughout KY, MD, PA, NJ, NY, CT, MA, and NH. Outstanding opportunity to join a family owned and operated business who is large enough to serve but small enough to care!

Requirements

You Will:

  • Process parts invoices to inventory and work order
  • Follow up with vendors on service repairs and process invoice
  • Ensure parts are available for scheduled work, assist to find available parts
  • Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for outside work
  • Assist Warranty Department as needed
  • Coordinate with AP and AR as necessary
  • Produce reports for shops and customers
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

You Have:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferred
  • At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience, preferred
  • At least 2 years of service department administration, preferred
  • The employee will be required to understand and comply with specific instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information established by management
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to work:
  • Monday - Friday from 9:30 AM until 6:00 PM
