The posting
Cura of Le Sueur is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional care to the residents we serve.
In this role, you’ll be an important part of our nursing team, providing hands-on clinical care while helping coordinate the day-to-day needs of our residents. Our RNs work closely with nursing assistants, providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team to make sure residents receive safe, consistent, and individualized care.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, confident in their nursing skills, and genuinely enjoys caring for others. You don’t have to know everything on day one—we value nurses who communicate, ask questions, support their coworkers, and want to continue learning and growing in their role.
If you enjoy getting to know the people you care for and want to work somewhere you can build relationships with residents while continuing to use and develop your clinical skills, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents based on their individual needs and care plans
- Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Communicate changes in resident condition to providers and ensure appropriate interventions and follow-up
- Coordinate resident care throughout your shift and help ensure nursing needs are addressed timely
- Work closely with CNAs, LPNs, providers, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to nursing assistants and other members of the care team
- Communicate with residents and families and help address questions or concerns
- Assist with new admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Provide wound care, treatments, and other skilled nursing services within your scope of practice
- Respond to emergencies and changes in resident condition using sound clinical judgment
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents
Why Cura of Le Sueur?
At Cura of Le Sueur, you’ll have the opportunity to do more than provide nursing care—you’ll get to know the residents you care for and become an important part of their everyday lives. We believe the relationships our nurses build with residents and families are just as important as the clinical care they provide.
We strive to create a workplace where nurses feel supported, appreciated, and comfortable asking questions or reaching out for help. You’ll work alongside a team that values communication, teamwork, and stepping in for one another when it matters.
Whether you’re an experienced RN or just beginning your nursing career, Cura of Le Sueur is a place where you can continue building your skills, make meaningful connections, and see the difference your care makes every day.
