The posting

We are seeking a skilled Specialist Restorative Dentist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in restoring damaged or missing teeth and providing comprehensive functional and aesthetic dental care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage complex restorative dental conditions.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patients’ oral health and functional needs.
  • Perform restorative procedures including crowns, bridges, veneers, and direct restorations.
  • Manage worn, fractured, discolored, and structurally compromised teeth.
  • Provide aesthetic and functional rehabilitation where appropriate.
  • Perform complex restorative treatments and full-mouth rehabilitation.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary treatment with endodontists, periodontists, prosthodontists, and oral surgeons.
  • Assess occlusion and develop appropriate restorative treatment plans.
  • Educate patients regarding treatment options, oral hygiene, and long-term maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BDS/DDS or equivalent dental degree.
  • MDS/MS or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Restorative Dentistry / Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
  • Strong experience in comprehensive restorative dentistry.
  • Experience in aesthetic dentistry and full-mouth rehabilitation is an advantage.
  • Excellent clinical and treatment-planning skills.
  • Strong communication and patient-management abilities.
