The posting

Ali Professional ricerca, per conto di una primaria società operante nel settore dei servizi ambientali, una figura di specialista formatore Salute e Sicurezza sul Lavoro da inserire all'interno dell'area Formazione.

La risorsa sarà responsabile della progettazione, organizzazione ed erogazione di percorsi formativi in materia di salute e sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro, garantendo la conformità alle disposizioni previste dal D.Lgs. 81/2008 e dagli Accordi Stato-Regioni vigenti.

Principali responsabilità

  • erogazione di corsi di formazione generale (4 ore) e specifica per i lavoratori, in base al livello di rischio previsto dalla normativa;
  • progettazione, predisposizione e aggiornamento dei materiali didattici in linea con i contenuti minimi previsti dagli Accordi Stato-Regioni;
  • verifica dell'apprendimento dei partecipanti e gestione della documentazione relativa agli attestati di frequenza;
  • collaborazione con RSPP, Datore di Lavoro e Medico Competente per la pianificazione e il coordinamento delle attività formative;
  • monitoraggio e aggiornamento continuo dei contenuti formativi in funzione delle evoluzioni normative in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro.

Requisiti

  • esperienza pregressa di almeno un anno nell'erogazione di corsi di formazione in ambito salute e sicurezza sul lavoro;
  • conoscenza della normativa di riferimento, con particolare focus sul D.Lgs. 81/2008 e sugli Accordi Stato-Regioni;
  • disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sul territorio;
  • costituisce requisito preferenziale il possesso dei requisiti per il ruolo di formatore previsti dalla normativa vigente.

Si offre

  • contratto di lavoro commisurato all'esperienza maturata;
  • Range retributivo: € 25000 - 280000 RAL CCNL Commercio
  • buoni pasto del valore di €4 per ogni giornata lavorata.
