Il Gruppo SDF è alla ricerca di un/una SQE Specialist da inserire nel team Supplier Quality. La risorsa contribuirà a garantire la conformità dei componenti e dei processi di fornitura agli standard qualitativi e alle specifiche tecniche aziendali, gestendo la qualificazione e il monitoraggio dei fornitori e collaborando con le funzioni Acquisti, R&D, Produzione e Qualità nella prevenzione e risoluzione delle criticità qualitative.

Responsabilità

  • Condurre audit di qualificazione presso i fornitori, valutandone l'adeguatezza dei processi produttivi e dei sistemi qualità rispetto ai requisiti aziendali.
  • Supportare i laboratori nella gestione del benestare di nuovi componenti e modifiche di prodotto, definendo con i fornitori i requisiti PPAP applicabili.
  • Monitorare le performance qualitative dei fornitori attraverso KPI e audit di processo, definendo e gestendo specifici piani di miglioramento.
  • Gestire le attività di escalation in caso di criticità qualitative, anche attraverso la presenza presso il fornitore, analizzando le non conformità, monitorando le azioni correttive e verificandone l'efficacia.
  • Collaborare con R&D, Acquisti, Produzione e Qualità nella risoluzione delle problematiche relative ai componenti acquistati e nel continuo miglioramento delle specifiche tecniche e qualitative.
  • Gestire la documentazione e la reportistica relative ad audit, qualifiche fornitori, non conformità e piani di miglioramento.

Requirements

  • Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale, dei Materiali o in discipline tecniche affini.
  • Esperienza di 1-3 anni in ambito Supplier Quality, qualità di processo, produzione o industrializzazione, preferibilmente nei settori automotive, off-highway, agricultural machinery, truck o componentistica.
  • Conoscenza dei processi produttivi, del disegno tecnico e delle principali metodologie della qualità (PPAP, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, ecc.).
  • Buona conoscenza della norma ISO 9001.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e dei principali strumenti informatici.
  • Spiccate capacità analitiche, di problem solving e di gestione delle relazioni con interlocutori interni ed esterni.
  • Disponibilità a effettuare trasferte presso i fornitori, in Italia e all'estero.

La selezione è finalizzata all'inserimento di un/una SQE Specialist, con inquadramento non inferiore al livello C3 del CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria. È previsto un trattamento economico complessivo annuo lordo a partire da €36.000,00, con possibilità di definizione di un pacchetto economico superiore, in funzione dell'esperienza maturata, delle competenze tecniche e trasversali, del livello di autonomia e responsabilità richiesti dal ruolo e degli ulteriori elementi che saranno approfonditi durante l'iter di selezione.
