  • Process stock movements including receipts, transfers, adjustments and write offs.
  • Regularly reconcile system records with physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare and support cycle counts and full stocktakes, including follow up actions.

Administration & Documentation

  • Ensure all stock documentation (delivery notes, GRNs, pick lists, returns forms) is complete, accurate and properly filed.
  • Ensure the integrity of our product records is maintained in D365
  • Generate routine stock reports (e.g. slow-moving items, stock valuation, stock integrity) for internal stakeholders.

Systems & Process Support

  • Confidently navigate multiple systems and databases to retrieve, check and update stock information.
  • Support the implementation or change of stock-related processes and system improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact for stock queries from internal teams, resolving issues quickly or escalating where necessary.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively investigate anomalies, trends and recurring issues in stock data.
  • Identify process gaps or inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements.
  • Work with colleagues to standardise and document best practice in stock administration.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Liaise with Procurement, Finance and Construction teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
  • Communicate clearly about stock issues, risks and deadlines so that other teams can plan effectively.
  • Build strong working relationships and provide support and training on stock processes where needed.

What we’re looking for…

  • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and databases.
  • Experience using stock, ERP or warehouse management systems (or clear aptitude to learn complex systems quickly).
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a stock, inventory, logistics or operations role is preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. filters, lookups, pivot tables).
  • Experience participating in or coordinating stocktakes and reconciliations would be beneficial

What is in it for you?

  • Salary of £28,000- £32,000
  • Flexible working and a hybrid setup that gives the freedom to have your work -life balance
  • Enjoy 25 paid holidays, as well as the well needed bank holidays!

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
