Wer sind wir? Soulhouse ist ein schnell wachsendes Self-Care Scale-up mit der Mission, die #1 für Modern Bodywork in Europa zu werden. Wir bieten Premium Massagen, Assisted Stretching und Facework in stilvollen Studios und helfen monatlich tausenden Menschen, sich rundum wohlzufühlen.

In den nächsten Jahren folgen über 100 weitere Standorte in Europa. Neben unseren Studios wächst auch unser E-Commerce mit eigenen Self-Care-Produkten stark weiter.

Deine Kernufgaben:

  • Teamführung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das Management unseres Standort-Teams und die operativen Abläufe zur Pflege der Studio-Fläche
  • Monitoring: Du sorgst dafür, dass alles reibungslos läuft, indem du das Tagesgeschäft überwachst und die Abwicklung von Buchungen sicherstellst. Du optimierst ständig das Flächenmanagement sowie die internen Prozesse und garantierst höchste Zufriedenheit bei unseren Gästen und Mitarbeiter/innen
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Du planst, implementierst und kontrollierst Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards und kümmerst dich um die Wartung des Equipments und der Geschäftsausstattung. Zudem verantwortest du die Weiterentwicklung unseres Teams durch die Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Rezeption: Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste und das Team bei Rückfragen und Ad-hoc-Anfragen aus dem Privat- und Geschäftskundenbereich
  • Steuerung: Du übernimmst die Führung, Schulung und Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter/innen, um ihre Performance stetig zu steigern
  • Recruiting: Du führst Interviews und bist verantwortlich für das Onboarding neuer Kolleg/innen
  • Kapazitätsplanung: Du erstellst die Dienstpläne für dein Team basierend auf den betrieblichen Anforderungen.

Requirements

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung: eine fundierte Ausbildung im Bereich Kosmetik, Wellness, Fitness oder Betriebswirtschaft – alternativ bringst du eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und mehrjährige Führungserfahrung mit
  • Erfahrung: idealerweise hast du bereits im Premium-Segment der Hotellerie, Spa oder Kosmetikbranche gearbeitet und bringst umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Spa-Management mit
  • Fähigkeiten: Du bist ein Organisationstalent, kommunikationsstark und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe. Du fühlst dich in einer herausfordernden Führungsrolle wohl und überzeugst durch deine Umsetzungsstärke.
  • Technik: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit gängigen Office 365-Produkten.
  • Digitale Kompetenz: Versierter Umgang mit KI-Tools zur Unterstützung von Analysen, Prozessen und datenbasierten Entscheidungen.
  • Sprachen: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sonstiges: Du hast eine „Hands-On“-Mentalität und bist anpassungsfähig und lernwillig. Zudem hast du eine hohe Affinität zu Premium Wellness- und Lifestyle-Produkten.
