We are looking for a Stylist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will create exceptional and personalized guest experiences through attentive room care and genuine guest interaction. You will ensure guest rooms are clean, organized and fully prepared, while paying close attention to guest preferences and delivering authentic service in line with W standards.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms for arrival, stay, turndown and departure, following Brand Standards and Health & Safety requirements. Report maintenance needs to the Supervisor.
  • Personalize the guest experience by recognizing guest preferences, responding to requests and handling concerns appropriately.
  • Handle lost and found items according to company policies.
  • Keep equipment, storage areas and trolleys clean, organized and well stocked.
  • Organize daily workload effectively, meeting productivity targets while maintaining quality and guest service standards.
  • Follow all Health & Safety requirements, company policies, procedures and Brand Standards.
  • Attend required training and development sessions.

Requirements

  • Basic education.
  • Basic knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures and cleaning chemicals.
  • Experience with hotel equipment and cleaning machinery.
  • Basic knowledge of English.
  • Good time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Guest-focused, proactive and detail-oriented approach to service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
