Buscamos una persona con experiencia en procesos industriales, liderazgo de equipos y orientación a resultados, que quiera formar parte de una operación dinámica y contribuir activamente a la mejora continua de nuestros procesos productivos.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan y de las metas de producción mediante el seguimiento de los indicadores y sistemas disponibles.
  • Supervisar los equipos de producción en los diferentes turnos de trabajo.
  • Desarrollar y mantener fichas técnicas de procesos, definiendo parámetros de fabricación que garanticen la calidad del producto terminado.
  • Orientar y apoyar la corrección de defectos y fallas de proceso en máquinas de moldeo por soplado y equipos periféricos.
  • Analizar fallas recurrentes, identificar causas y proponer soluciones y mejoras en los procesos productivos.
  • Participar en reuniones, planes de acción y grupos de mejora continua.
  • Garantizar el orden, la limpieza y las buenas condiciones de la planta y de sus equipos.
  • Liderar reuniones, capacitaciones y acciones de desarrollo con el equipo.
  • Gestionar y orientar al personal, incluyendo temas relacionados con vacaciones, contrataciones, desvinculaciones y descansos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares y procedimientos de calidad, salud, seguridad y medio ambiente.
  • Planificar adecuadamente cualquier cambio en los procesos, minimizando riesgos de seguridad, salud ocupacional e impactos ambientales.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo de nuevos productos y procesos conforme a los estándares definidos por las áreas de Calidad e Ingeniería.
