🎯 Objetivo del puesto

Supervisar y asegurar la operación eficiente del almacén de materias primas, garantizando la correcta recepción, almacenamiento, conservación, identificación, trazabilidad y surtido de materiales a Producción, así como el control operativo de inventarios, el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, inocuidad y seguridad, y la administración efectiva del personal y los recursos.

🚀 ¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Supervisión operativa: Planear y coordinar las actividades de recepción, almacenamiento, surtido, traslado y limpieza del almacén, asegurando el cumplimiento de las prioridades operativas y del plan de producción.
  • Gestión de materiales: Verificar que las materias primas e insumos cumplan con los requisitos de cantidad, identificación, documentación, lote, caducidad y condiciones de recepción.
  • Abastecimiento a Producción: Garantizar el surtido completo, correcto y oportuno de materiales, anticipando faltantes y dando seguimiento a las restricciones que puedan afectar la continuidad operativa.
  • Control de inventarios: Supervisar los movimientos físicos y registros en sistema, apoyar los conteos cíclicos e inventarios generales, investigar diferencias operativas y dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas.
  • Trazabilidad y rotación: Asegurar la identificación y segregación de materiales según su estatus de Calidad, así como la correcta rotación de lotes, el seguimiento a caducidades y el control de materiales no conformes.
  • Administración de personal: Coordinar y distribuir las actividades del equipo, gestionar coberturas y entregas de turno, dar seguimiento a asistencia y desempeño, e identificar necesidades de capacitación.
  • Control de MRO y consumibles: Supervisar existencias, consumos y requerimientos de reposición de refacciones, herramientas, químicos y otros materiales bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Calidad, seguridad y limpieza: Asegurar el cumplimiento de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM), Buenas Prácticas de Documentación, medidas de seguridad, uso de equipo de protección personal y programa de limpieza.
  • Auditorías y mejora continua: Participar en auditorías, atender desviaciones, dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas y analizar indicadores para reducir errores, pérdidas, retrabajos y tiempos de espera.
  • Coordinación interdepartamental: Trabajar en conjunto con Producción, Planeación, Compras, Calidad, Inventarios, Logística y Mantenimiento para resolver incidencias y asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales.

Requirements

Escolaridad

  • Licenciatura en Logística, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 2 años en coordinación o supervisión de almacenes de materias primas e insumos.
  • Experiencia en manejo de personal, recepción, almacenamiento, surtido a Producción, control de inventarios y trazabilidad por lote.
  • Preferentemente, experiencia en empresas de alimentos, suplementos alimenticios o industria farmacéutica.

Conocimientos

  • Procesos y operación de almacenes.
  • Control de inventarios, movimientos y trazabilidad de materiales.
  • Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y Buenas Prácticas de Documentación.
  • Calidad, inocuidad y seguridad en almacenes.
  • Metodología 5S.
  • Manejo de sistemas de inventarios y herramientas computacionales.
  • Supervisión, capacitación y desarrollo de personal.
