FUNÇÃO

Será responsável por: realizar sessões regulares de mentoria clínica nas unidades sanitárias (US); reforçar as competências dos profissionais de saúde no diagnóstico, tratamento e seguimento de pacientes com HIV e TB; apoiar a implementação das normas e directrizes nacionais; promover a discussão de casos clínicos e aprendizagem prática no local de trabalho; identificar lacunas na qualidade dos serviços de HIV/TB; apoiar a elaboração e implementação de planos de melhoria; acompanhar as acções correctivas e avaliar os resultados alcançados; promover boas práticas de retenção em cuidados e continuidade do tratamento; participar nas visitas de supervisão integrada às unidades sanitárias; apoiar a identificação e resolução de constrangimentos técnicos e operacionais; monitorar a implementação das recomendações resultantes das supervisões; apoiar a análise regular dos indicadores programáticos de HIV/TB; identificar lacunas de desempenho e propor intervenções correctivas baseadas em evidências; promover a utilização de dados nas reuniões de análise de desempenho; monitorar indicadores de início e retenção em TARV, carga viral, supressão viral e actividades colaborativas TB/HIV; apoiar a implementação de planos de melhoria do desempenho; elaborar relatórios periódicos das actividades de mentoria e monitoria; reforçar a identificação precoce e o manejo de pacientes com DAH; apoiar a implementação do pacote de cuidados para DAH, incluindo rastreio, diagnóstico, prevenção e tratamento das infecções oportunistas; monitorar a disponibilidade e utilização dos meios de diagnóstico e tratamento essenciais; apoiar a melhoria da cobertura de solicitação, colheita e recepção dos resultados de carga viral; reforçar o seguimento dos pacientes com carga viral elevada; apoiar a identificação e resolução de constrangimentos no circuito de amostras e resultados; reforçar o rastreio sistemático da TB entre pessoas vivendo com HIV – cascata TxTB; apoiar a implementação do Tratamento Preventivo da Tuberculose (TPT); promover a testagem para HIV em pacientes com TB e o início oportuno do TARV nos pacientes coinfectados; fortalecer a articulação entre os serviços de TB e HIV.

Requirements

  • Formação em Medicina Geral nível médio, com qualificação reconhecida pelas autoridades competentes em Moçambique;
  • Experiência comprovada na prestação de cuidados integrados de HIV/TB, preferencialmente de pelo menos três anos;
  • Conhecimento actualizado das normas nacionais de HIV/TB, incluindo DAH;
  • Experiência em mentoria clínica, supervisão e apoio técnico ou melhoria da qualidade em HIV, preferencialmente;
  • Capacidade de análise de indicadores programáticos e elaboração de relatórios;
  • Boas competências de comunicação e trabalho em equipa;
  • Disponibilidade para deslocações às Unidades Sanitárias do distrito;
  • Possuir residência no local da vaga será uma vantagem.
