We are looking for a Team Leader, Front Office to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the smooth operation of the Front Office department, ensuring high standards of guest service while guiding the team and coordinating daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily Front Office documentation and ensure accurate guest arrivals and departures.
  • Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous guest service at all times.
  • Coordinate the Reception team, delegate tasks and ensure desk coverage throughout the shift.
  • Support the training, coaching and performance of new and existing team members.
  • Maintain awareness of hotel status, daily functions, events, VIPs and group arrivals.
  • Handle guest complaints, resolve first-level concerns and escalate when required.
  • Ensure smooth shift handovers and effective communication with Reservations, Housekeeping and other departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hotel industry experience, including Front Office experience in a five-star hotel or a similar high-standard environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism or Hospitality Management will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of Greek and an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Opera PMS.
