  • Create case studies with technical depth AND business outcomes
  • Build technical diagrams, architecture explanations, how-it-works content
  • Answer complex technical questions from prospects
  • Participate in technical demos and sales calls

Campaign Support & Execution

  • Help execute technical campaigns targeting engineers at buyer companies
  • Support webinars with technical content (code examples, architecture, deep dives)

  • Support technical Q&A content and FAQs
  • Track engagement on technical content (data-driven)

Research & Analysis

  • Research how enterprises use AI/Agentic solutions
  • Analyze competitor technical offerings and positioning

  • Support pre-sales technical discussions
  • Create technical value proposition documents

Why This Is Perfect For Engineers

✅ Use Your Technical Skills: Code understanding, system thinking, analytical rigor—all valued here

✅ Data-Driven: Everything measured. What content works? What messaging converts? Prove it with data.

✅ Problem-Solving: How do you explain a complex distributed system to a CEO? How do you position automation vs. human labor? Solve these communication problems.

✅ No BS Nonsense: We don't do vanity metrics ("10K impressions!"). We care about business outcomes. Engineers respect that.

✅ Learn Business: See how your technical work drives leads, pipeline, revenue. Understand the business side of technology.

✅ Credibility: Talk to engineers and technical decision-makers as a peer. You speak their language.

✅ Career Path: Technical marketing is a legitimate career (not a fallback). Step into this, become an expert, position for product management or director roles.

Requirements

  • Computer Science degree OR engineering degree (any discipline)
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Comfortable with technical complexity (don't need to build it, but must understand it)
  • Attention to detail and precision (marketing copy for technical products must be exact)
  • Can explain complex systems in writing (clear, structured, logical)
  • Curious about how things work
  • Data-driven mindset (measure what works)

Communication Skills

  • Can write clearly and precisely (not creative, but accurate)
  • Can explain technical concepts to non-technical people
  • Strong communication (written more than verbal—this is technical content)
  • Can diagram systems and explain architecture
  • Attention to detail in writing

Nice-to-Have Technical Skill

  • Python, JavaScript, or any programming language
  • Understanding of APIs and system integration
  • Knowledge of AI/ML/automation concepts
  • Database or SQL experience

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game
