The posting

Who We Are

Catalyst Capital is a profitable, bootstrapped holding company building a diversified financial services group - education, publishing, software, wealth and tax planning tools, investment products and proprietary trading technology - funded entirely from its own operating cash. We have never taken outside capital.

The cash engine is Decentralized Masters, a DeFi education business that went from zero to 150+ people, 4,500+ paying members and roughly $48.6M of FY26 revenue at ~25% earnings before tax in four years. That engine funds everything else on this page.

Purpose

The Technical Project Manager leads the team that sets up automations, workflows, and other technical projects for brands in the Catalyst Capital group. The seat serves the whole group, above any single brand. The work is to turn a brand or internal request into a build the team can ship, check that it does what was asked, and keep each project owned and understandable.

This is a people-management role. The manager stays close enough to the tools to know when a workflow is actually done.

Reporting

  • Reports to Head of Technology.
  • Has 3-4 direct reports, including the people on Automations Team Bravo. People on Automations Team Bravo report to this role.
  • Brings priorities, blockers, and staffing questions to Head of Technology before they sit.
  • Partners with brand and internal requesters. Does not sit inside one brand.

Authority

Decide alone

  • The order of work for automations, workflows, and other technical projects the brands have already put with the team.
  • Which direct report owns a project, and the short description of what done means.
  • Day-to-day review of the team's work, including one-on-ones, expectations, and whether a workflow does what was asked.
  • How the team carries a project through HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, Aircall, Aloware, Typeform, OnceHub, Hyros, Supabase, Cloudflare, and AI systems such as Claude.

Decide with the Head of Technology

  • Priorities and what the team should take on next.
  • Blockers that change the plan or the people assigned to it.

Escalate to the Head of Technology

  • Conflicts between brand requests that the team cannot sequence alone.
  • A project that cannot be finished inside the systems listed above without a decision from the Head of Technology.

What you will be doing

Project delivery

  • Set the order of work for automations, workflows, and other technical projects the brands need.
  • Turn a brand or internal request into a build the team can ship, then check that it does what was asked.
  • Leave each project with a named owner and a short description of what done means.

People management

  • Manage 3–4 direct reports: expectations, review, and regular one-on-ones.
  • Lead Automations Team Bravo.

Systems

  • Guide work in n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, Aircall, Aloware, Typeform, OnceHub, Hyros, Supabase, Cloudflare, and AI systems such as Claude.
  • Use those systems to scope, draft, and check workflow work. Confirm the result in the tool, not only in a draft.

Requirements

Required

  • Experience as a people manager, with direct reports coached and held to a standard.
  • A working understanding of Zapier tied to HubSpot: how a Zap reads and writes CRM data, and how to tell when that link is wrong.
  • Working knowledge of n8n, Aircall, Aloware, Typeform, OnceHub, Hyros, Supabase, and Cloudflare: what each one is for, and when the team is using it well.
  • Practical use of AI systems such as Claude when scoping, drafting, or checking a workflow.
  • Writing clear enough that a brand partner and a direct report can follow the plan without a meeting to decode it.

Benefits

Working Conditions

  • Full-time.
  • Fully remote.
  • The seat serves brands across the Catalyst Capital group.
  • Salary: $2,000–$3,000 per month, in US dollars.
  • Team offsites (Dubaie, Costa Rica, etc.)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
