FOOD TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT – MEAT PROCESSING | Percorso di relocation negli USA

Cerchiamo un/una Tecnologo/a Alimentare con esperienza nel settore carne/salumi che voglia uscire dal perimetro del ruolo tecnico tradizionale e costruire una carriera internazionale, lavorando direttamente con clienti, impianti e tecnologie innovative.

IL PERCORSO

Un percorso concreto:

Primo anno in Italia: formazione, affiancamento e approfondimento delle tecnologie aziendali.

Successivamente: relocation negli USA per seguire e sviluppare il mercato statunitense.

Nel percorso sono previste frequenti trasferte internazionali e il confronto con clienti e progetti in diversi Paesi.

COSA FARAI

Non sarai semplicemente un tecnico.

Sarai il consulente tecnologico del cliente, dalla comprensione dell'esigenza fino all'implementazione della soluzione.

Ti occuperai di:

  • consulenza tecnologica presso aziende del settore food;
  • analisi dei processi produttivi e delle esigenze del cliente;
  • supporto tecnico alla vendita degli impianti;
  • avviamento e collaudo;
  • formazione del personale del cliente;
  • raccolta di feedback e necessità tecniche dal mercato;
  • collaborazione con R&D nello sviluppo e nell'evoluzione delle tecnologie;
  • trasferte internazionali, fino al 70% del tempo nei periodi di maggiore attività;
  • sviluppo del mercato USA dopo la relocation.

CHI STIAMO CERCANDO

Se hai lavorato nel settore CARNE/SALUMI, conosci i processi produttivi e hai una forte curiosità verso la tecnologia, vogliamo conoscerti.

Cerchiamo:

  • Laurea in Tecnologie Alimentari o discipline affini;
  • esperienza nel settore carne/salumi, idealmente 5-7 anni;
  • forte interesse per le tecnologie applicate al food processing;
  • ottime capacità relazionali e orientamento al cliente;
  • inglese C1/C2, verificato durante il colloquio;
  • disponibilità a frequenti trasferte internazionali;
  • disponibilità alla relocation negli USA.

La conoscenza di tedesco, spagnolo o francese sarà considerata un importante plus.
