Join the team at Tommy’s Express Car Wash! We’re looking for energetic, dependable people who take pride in their work and enjoy creating a great experience for every guest.

We’re hiring Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Site Leaders to support high-quality wash services, friendly customer service, and smooth daily operations. Whether you’re ready to contribute as a team member or help lead the operation, you’ll play an important role in keeping our site clean, organized, safe, and welcoming.

Our ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to work together in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Leadership candidates should also enjoy leading by example, coaching team members, and keeping the team focused on service standards and daily goals.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, attentive service and help create a positive experience for every guest.
  • Assist with daily wash operations, including greeting guests, guiding vehicles, and answering questions.
  • Keep the site, vacuum area, tools, and supplies clean, organized, and ready for use.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain consistent service quality standards.
  • Work together to keep operations running smoothly during busy periods.
  • Shift Leaders and Assistant Site Leaders: Lead daily shifts, coach and support team members, resolve guest concerns, and help the team meet daily goals.
  • Assistant Site Leaders: Support the Site Leader with scheduling, training, and overall site performance.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Friendly, dependable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Able to remain on your feet throughout the shift and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Shift Leaders and Assistant Site Leaders: Comfortable leading and coaching team members, handling guest concerns, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or car wash operations.
  • Experience promoting products, services, or memberships.
  • Familiarity with cleaning, basic equipment care, and maintaining an organized workplace.
  • Shift Leaders and Assistant Site Leaders: Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Assistant Site Leaders: Experience with employee training, scheduling, and supporting operational goals.
