Traffic & GIS Analyst

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Συλλέγει, αναλύει, ψηφιοποιεί και οπτικοποιεί γεωχωρικά δεδομένα των αυτοκινητοδρόμων.
  • Προβαίνει σε διαρκή ενημέρωση της εφαρμογής σε περιβάλλον ArcGIS Experience Builder.
  • Δημιουργεί μωσαϊκά ορθοφωτοχαρτών από λήψεις drones & επεξεργάζεται ορθοεικόνες.
  • Δημιουργεί & συντηρεί βάσεις γεωγραφικών δεδομένων (geodatabases).
  • Αναπτύσσει εφαρμογές με χρήση κινητού τηλεφώνου για επιθεωρήσεις και καταγραφή εργασιών πεδίου, με χρήση εργαλείων Survey 1,2,3, κ.α.
  • Παράγει θεματικούς χάρτες και χωρικές αναφορές για την υποστήριξη μελετών και τη λήψη αποφάσεων.
  • Επιβλέπει και συντονίζει τη διαδικασία αποτύπωσης και ενημέρωσης των περιουσιακών στοιχείων του αυτοκινητοδρόμου.
  • Παράγει προσαρμοσμένους πίνακες ελέγχου γεωχωρικών δεδομένων (custom GIS dashboards) για παρακολούθηση συμβάντων, κατάστασης ασφαλτικών κ.α.
  • Ενημερώνει τη βάση μελετών και μητρώου έργου όπως και τη σύνδεση με την εφαρμογή GIS.
  • Συνεργάζεται και επικοινωνεί με δημόσιους φορείς για παροχή δεδομένων σε ψηφιακή μορφή
  • Δημιουργεί χάρτες για την υποστήριξη του κυκλοφοριακού μοντέλου
  • Παρακολουθεί και ενημερώνει την εφαρμογή MyOdos
  • Επικοινωνεί με τις τοπικές αρχές και άλλους δημόσιους ή ιδιωτικούς φορείς για θέματα που αφορούν την ομαλή διεξαγωγή της κυκλοφορίας και χειρίζεται τη σχετική αλληλογραφία.
  • Παρακολουθεί τον κυκλοφοριακό φόρτο από μετρητές κυκλοφορίας κι εξετάζει εναλλακτικά σενάρια διαχείρισης της κυκλοφορίας κατά τη διάρκεια εργασιών βαριάς συντήρησης του αυτοκινητόδρομου.
  • Παρακολουθεί τους σχετικούς δείκτες απόδοσης (KPI’s) & συντάσσει σχετικές αναφορές προς τρίτους φορείς.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Πολιτικού Μηχανικού, με κατεύθυνση Συγκοινωνιολόγου Μηχανικού
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος στα Γεωγραφικά Συστήματα Πληροφοριών
  • 4 έτη προηγούμενη εμπειρία ως Αναλυτής Γεωγραφικών Συστημάτων Πληροφοριών
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση λογισμικού ArcGIS PRO, ArcGIS Enterprise, Experience Builder, Survey 1, 2, 3, Story Maps, Mobile Apps, Arcpy Scripts.
  • Βασικές δεξιότητες προγραμματισμού (Python, Arcade).
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά και γραπτά)
  • Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού AutoCAD
  • Ανεπτυγμένες δεξιότητες χειρισμού ΗΥ & εργαλείων MS Office
